Seth, och GSI, får också problem med en ny kriminell gruppering, kavkazmaffian, som etablerat ett MMA-gym i Kortedala. GSI inser plötsligt att händelserna de varit med om de senaste åren, allt hänger ihop. Men hur? Och för Johan Falk blir allt ännu mer personligt när hans familj hotas.
